Opus Recruitment have a great sense of customer service, leading to customer satisfaction from their clients and the people they recruit. From before my interview, the recruiters at Opus Recruitment were in regular contact with me, once it was over and before I got offered a position they were in contact, and once I started, Opus stayed in contact during my first few weeks to check that I was happy and that my new role was going well. It is clear that Opus Recruitment care not only about placing people in vacancies, but also in ensuring that both their client and the people who they fill the vacancies with are pleased and happy with the result for the long term. It’s a genuine company, with people who really care about the happiness of their clients and those who they place in positions.
